With the assistance of The Finney Search Group, we launched an extensive national search to find our next Director of Athletics and Physical Education. From a pool of over 200 applicants, we conducted phone interviews with approximately 15 candidates and then invited six semi-finalists to campus for a full day of interviews. Three finalists returned to Kinkaid earlier this month for a two-day visit; parents, students, faculty and staff, administrators and trustees met with the finalists. After this thorough and inclusive process, Mr. Holm clearly emerged as the leading candidate to be our new Director of Athletics and Physical Education.
