Our Retained Search Process
We provide our schools with candidates who are foundational cornerstones for the future of the school. We work closely with the Head of School and its constituencies to develop the profile for the ideal candidate in order to find great leaders who are perfectly suited for the position. These candidates will be of great character that perfectly not simply because of credentials, but also because they embody all that the school espouses. We firmly believe that schools are much better served by having administrators who integrate themselves into all facets of school life.
We strive to relieve the Head of School from wasting exhaustive and intrusive hours on these hires by serving as third-party evaluators, delivering a final group from which the school will select the ultimate hire.
