What We Do
The Finney Search Group was originally founded to serve independent schools by providing faculty recruitment and leadership search services, particularly with teacher-coach candidates who inspire young people in all phases of life.
We remain committed to our original mission, and our growth has positioned us to support candidates and leadership positions beyond this original model. As a Head of School Search Firm, over 30% of our retained searches involve Heads of School or Division/School Heads.
The Finney Search Group has also developed a special expertise in athletics, whether for placing teacher-coaches, athletic directors, coaches, or similar staff positions.
The common denominator remains our desire to discover and place authentic leaders into school communities who inspire students and colleagues.
