At Finney Search Group, we help schools find leaders who last. Since our founding, we’ve focused on identifying authentic, inspiring educators—particularly teacher-coaches—who shape students in all aspects of life. Over time, our work has expanded to include Heads of School, Division Heads, and a wide range of leadership roles, with a special expertise in athletics.

 

We stand apart in three ways. First, every search receives the full attention of all seven partners, bringing multiple perspectives and deep experience in school leadership. Second, our placements endure—95% of the leaders we place remain in their roles for at least five years. And third, we rely on a trusted network built over 16 years, not a massive database, to connect schools with leaders who truly fit.
