The Finney Search Group provides consulting and mentoring services to assist school leaders in finding solutions to their most pressing issues. Our team of experienced professionals are highly skilled in leveraging best practices to help create innovative solutions. We believe that school leaders need the flexibility to create a strategic vision, implement long-range plans, and promote their school’s mission statement.

Our consulting service offers school leaders a comprehensive approach to developing effective strategies for leading schools in the 21st century. We provide tailored coaching to help school leaders improve their leadership skills, develop effective educational strategies, and create positive school cultures. Our coaching focuses on helping individuals excel at timely problem-solving and furthering the acquisition of the important soft skills of sharing empathy, supporting physical and emotional well-being, collaboration, and effective communication skills.

Services for Upper School
Leaders
Choose a Retainer-Based Service or choose a Per-Hour Consultation Service.
WHO CAN JOIN: Aspiring & existing administrators and school leaders
RETAINER-BASED SERVICE
The individual will be able to directly communicate with one of The Finney Search Group’s executive coaches on an as-needed basis for leadership direction and guidance. Service will be provided for an agreed-upon time period.
PER HOUR CONSULTATION SERVICE
Individuals will be able to pay an hourly fee for consulting services related to a school-focused issue/problem.


About Rob Heubeck
The Workshops will be led by Finney Search Group consultant, Rob Heubeck. Rob has recently retired as Head of Upper School at Gilman School, where, among other things, he has been instrumental in implementing a student-centered daily schedule, creating an academic support program, supporting a faculty/student wellness program, and helping to develop a restorative justice program in collaboration with the school’s Office of Community, Inclusion, and Equity.
