New to the team in 2020, Trey brings years of experience to The Finney Search Group with an extensive background in business development, key executive recruitment/retention, marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain management. For over 30 years Trey was the CEO/Owner of Technigraphics, a manufacturer of printed electronics and product identification. After selling the company in 2013, Trey continued to work in the printed electronics industry in a variety of marketing, sales, and business development positions. His work outside of the K-12 education market brings an understanding of the value in recruiting non-traditional transformative leaders for our client schools.

 

Trey has served on the Board of Directors, and also as President of the National Association of Graphic & Product Identification Manufacturers. He has enjoyed coaching girls’ lacrosse at the club level for over 20 years.
 

BACKGROUND

Trey received a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. A native of Baltimore, he attended the McDonogh School, where he played lacrosse and football.
