The Finney Search Group is dedicated to helping educators find the best professional development opportunities available. Our Virtual Workshops offer educators from across the country the chance to come together, share programmatic best practices, develop their skill sets, and learn new problem-solving techniques. Each hour-long workshop will focus on a specific topic or trend related to the upper school education world.
Our Workshops
WHO CAN JOIN: Existing & aspiring administrators and school leaders
COST: $595 - includes all 17 sessions for the 2023-2024 school year

About Rob Heubeck
The Workshops will be led by Finney Search Group consultant, Rob Heubeck. Rob has recently retired as Head of Upper School at Gilman School, where, among other things, he has been instrumental in implementing a student-centered daily schedule, creating an academic support program, supporting a faculty/student wellness program, and helping to develop a restorative justice program in collaboration with the school’s Office of Community, Inclusion, and Equity.
