Director of Athletics & Strategic Partnerships, Girls Preparatory School

Allie joined GPS in the summer of 2024, bringing a strong background in athletics, education, and student development. She holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Penn State, where she was a member of the nationally ranked women’s soccer team.

Before GPS, Allie served as Director of Athletics at Bishop Lynch High School in Dallas. She previously worked at Ursuline Academy of Dallas, her alma mater, where she held roles in wellness, communications, and admissions. As a coach, she led Ursuline’s soccer team to back-to-back TAPPS Division I State Championships and also coached track and cross country.

Passionate about fostering leadership and confidence in young women, Allie is excited to be part of a community that champions girls’ success both in and out of the classroom.

She and her husband, Jordon, enjoy traveling, playing tennis, watching great movies and TV, and cheering on their favorite college teams.
